We started in 1985 as entrepreneurs with a passion for great food.  After years manufacturing dry grocery and frozen food, we decided the ideal way to provide restaurant quality entrees was to offer fully cooked, fresh, hand-crafted dishes that are never frozen.  Using a sophisticated French cooking technology enables us to provide extended shelf life while maintaining many nutritional qualities other cooking methods tend to destroy.

In recent years, there has been a growing trend toward a health conscious lifestyle.  One of our top priorities is to offer meals that are healthy without sacrificing flavor.  We use only the finest ingredients available – fresh pastas, vegetables and seasonings, all natural poultry and USDA Choice beef.

Our stuffed entrée line is handcrafted by skilled butchers allowing the family to share a fine dining experience without tremendous preparation time.  Our customers often tell us they serve Ventera Ranch^® meals to dinner guests with rave results.  We love to hear that, because we do that too!

We understand how valuable your time is, so we do the shopping and cooking for you and in 3-7 minutes, voila!  Dinner is served.  We have developed and sold more than thirty different meals with more on the way all the time.  Many are available at all major wholesale clubs and retail grocers.
