Ventera Ranch is pleased to release our newest Italian entrée, Sausage and Pancetta Bolognese. We make this Italian classic sauce with pancetta and a touch of Italian parmesan cheese.

Ventera Ranch is introducing our newest Asian entrée, Cashew Chicken. We use 100% all white breast meat and pack our fresh roasted cashews separately for a quick mix in right before serving.

Ventera Ranch is pleased to release our newest gourmet meal, NY Steak with Mashed Potatoes and Wine Sauce. We use a USDA Choice New York Steak, hand trim and oven roasted to medium rare. We have a separate pouch with fresh made mashed potatoes and a rich red wine sauce.
